The system is designed so well that ail the services are functioning smoothly. PersonaIly I have never seen such a perfect Hotel as far as Engineering systems are concern

M/s Sanelac were responsible to prepare all MEP Services Design/ Tenders as per Indian/International Standard in co-ordination with M/s Tilke (International Architect from Germany).
After award of the work, the Fabrication/ Shop Drawings for MEP works were submitted by various vendors. The same were checked/ commented & approved on priority. M/s Sanelac’s team made intermittent site visits, to check the quality of work against Technical specifications & approved shop drawings.
M/s Sanelac Team has done excellent job in getting this project timely completed in order to make this Prestigious International Event “Formula 1 Car Race” as Grand Success. Sanelac Consultants Pvt, Ltd, New Delhi have been rendering the American Embassy school the consultancy services for our on going Phase I project consisting of the Elementary School, Middle school, and Plant Room.
The scope of work was to Review and advice on any technical classification required for smooth execution of works at site in of HVAC, Electrical systems.
Sanelac were also asked to design and prepare tenders for UPS system. Wazer Treatment for cooling towers and a Plate Heat Exchangers for the heating systems.
